Alongside some of Ireland’s best chefs and restaurants, Diageo’s award-winning collection of luxury spirits will offer Taste of Dublin visitors the opportunity to enjoy a number of unique fine drinking experiences; bringing them on an immersive journey to sample and experiment with a number of world class leaders in cocktail culture.
Visitors can relive the glamour of Dublin’s past whilst enjoying contemporary Irish whiskey cocktails aboard the specially crafted Roe & Co Tram 21. Operational between 1872 and 1940, the Dublin tram system was an integral part of the city’s life and co-existed alongside the original Roe & Co Distillery on Thomas Street.
Guests will also be invited to enjoy Roe & Co Irish whiskey cocktail masterclasses, hosted by Roe & Co brand ambassadors and cocktail maestros Alan Mulvihill and Luke O’Meara on Tram 21’s super stylish rooftop bar.
Guests who create the best tasting cocktails at the masterclasses will also be in with a chance to win tickets to the much-anticipated Roe & Co urban distillery and visitor experience, which opens its doors in the heart of Dublin’s Liberties in June, following the revival of the iconic Guinness Power Station on Thomas Street.
