JARU is a small kitchen based in Dublin specialised in Korean cuisine. Their goal is simple: produce the finest Korean foods in Europe using Irish-grown ingredients and traditional Korean family recipes.
The business started as a college project, and it has been funded by Enterprise Ireland and DIT. You can find them in lunchtime food markets across Dublin, and their spicy hearty Kimchi is available from SuperValu and independent food stores. JARU will open their first permanent space ‘eatery & food LAB’ in Dublin later in 2019.
