Wicklow Bramble Cocktail
Join our Facebook live on Sep 25th with Powerscourt Distillery as they stir and shake up two cocktails!
- Muddle 2 blackberries, shake with other ingredients, strain and serve in a highball over ice. Top with ginger ale.
- Garnish with blackberries and lime
- 50ml Fercullen Blend
- 20ml lime juice
- ¾ tbsp sugar syrup
- ice cubes
- 20 ml blackberry liquer
- 2 blackberries and lime wedge to garnish
