Prosecco, Gin and Elderflower Cocktail
Aisling Larkin's favourite Garden Party tipple.
- Place to handfuls of ice in a chilled cocktail shaker. Measure in the elderflower cordial, gin, lemon juice and bitters. Shake well until icy cold.
- Pour into a chilled coupe champagne glass. Top up with chilled prosecco and serve.
- Garnish with a spring of elderflower on the side and a wheel of dehydrated lemon.
30mls elderflower cordial
30mls Dingle Gin
1 tsp ( 5mls ) fresh lemon juice
60mls chilled prosecco
2 dashes Hedgerow bitters
