Prosecco, Gin and Elderflower Cocktail

Aisling Larkin's favourite Garden Party tipple.
  1. Place to handfuls of ice in a chilled cocktail shaker. Measure in the elderflower cordial, gin, lemon juice and bitters. Shake well until icy cold.
  2. Pour into a chilled coupe champagne glass. Top up with chilled prosecco and serve.
  3. Garnish with a spring of elderflower on the side and a wheel of dehydrated lemon.

60mls chilled prosecco

2 dashes Hedgerow bitters
