Mint Chutney

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender along with ice cubes. Blend until the mixture is blended to a puree. Taste and add more seasoning if necessary.
  2. The mint chutney is also lovely mixed with greek yoghurt

Ingredients

  • 25 g fresh mint leaves
  • 100 g coriander leaves
  • 2 green chillies, deseed
  • Small piece of ginger
  • 1 green apple, peeled and deseeded
  • Salt to taste
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 or 3 ice cubes
