Kinsale Mule

A light, low alcohol drink with a bit of a bite! Try heating for a winter warmer, adding the ginger ale at the end. Created by Liberty Grill, Cork.

  1. Shake the mead and apple juice with ice until frothy. Pour into a glass and top with a dash of bitters and a splash of ginger ale.
