- Shake the mead and apple juice with ice until frothy. Pour into a glass and top with a dash of bitters and a splash of ginger ale.
- 2 measures of Atlantic Dry Mead
- 1 measure of apple juice
- 1/2 measure ginger ale
- splash of Angostura Bitters
