Earl Grey, Cranberry & Orange Tea Brack


  1. Place sultanas, Cranberries, Mixed Peel and Tea in bowl and leave to soak overnight
  2. Add Sugar, Egg, Flour, Zest, Vanilla and Mixed Spice to a bowl and mix well.
  3. Transfer to a greased & lined t 900g/2lb loaf tin.
  4. Bake in a pre-heated oven 170°C for, one 50/55mins or until risen and firm to the touch.
