Celtic Mead Sangria
This Celtic Mead Sangria is inspired by Kinsale’s infamous, red-headed pirate Anne Bonny. You can substitute the Hazy Summer Mead with our Wild Red Mead.
For a lower alcohol version, substitute the Cointreau with orange bitters. Created by Debbie Foott at the Blue Haven Hotel, Kinsale.
- 2 measures of Hazy Summer Mead
- 1/2 measure of Cointreau
- 1 1/2 measures of cranberry juice
- dash of lime juice
- Serve over ice with an orange slice.
