Bean and Goose Hot Chocolate
CLASSIC HOT CHOCOLATE
1. Put the following into a saucepan and bring to the boil:
- 250ml water
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2-3 tbsp of dark cocoa powder
- 1 bay lead
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
2. Then add 60g dark chocolate, a pinch of vanilla extract and a pinch of sea salt (optional).
3. Stir to melted.
4. Remove from the heat and use a handheld blender to emulsify.
