What is your favourite dish on The Chophouse’s menu?

Daube of beef cheek, with silver skin onions and lardons. Button mushrooms rich red wine jus and the mustard mash crispy shallot and parsley

Passion fruit soufflé

A great bottle of Mersault

Chapter One. They have great food combinations, fantastic staff and brilliant Irish foods


What is your favourite dish in Dublin and why?

The goat mince curry from Pickle on Camden St. It brings India straight to my mind
