Ask me this question every day and I’ll give you a different answer. Today I feel like chocolate our carageen moss chocolate mousse which is a pleasure when I’m doing the quality tests. Its base is a Guinness chocolate sponge topped with a whipped carageen chocolate mousse flocaged with dark chocolate and served with a chocolate Irish mist
What would be your desert island meal? (Starter/Main/Dessert)
Starter:
Vitello tonnato And a nice palo cortado
Main:
Mams roast chicken, Sugrue The troubles with dreams sparkling wine.
Dessert:
Crozier blue and some killahora ice wine

Has to be hands down a really good tomato consommé
