To kick off summer we thought where else would we rather be than on the rooftop of The Marker in Dublin sipping cocktails and enjoying the very best of BBQ. This month, we'll be joined by Executive Chef Gareth Mullins and Mixologist Adam Phillips of The Marker bringing you BBQ with a View LIVE from the hotel's rooftop bar & terrace.
Gareth will be showing us to get the most out of our grill by cooking fillet of beef & lamb cutlets served with a chimichurri sauce and summer salad. Adam will be teaching us how to create some of their famous cocktails at home including The Solero and their Cucumber and Elderflower Martini - yum!
