Irish Yogurts Clonakilty was established in 1994 and is privately owned by Diarmuid O’ Sullivan and Mary Daly. They are based in Clonakilty, Cork and employs over 160 people in the state of the art production facility that opened in 2016. This new production facility contains a highly flexible manufacturing process to suit all yogurt categories, volumes and customers. Irish Yogurts Clonakilty is a verified member of origin green and is BRC Grade A certified. They produce the yogurts using churn style technology, which is unique to Irish yogurts and allows the yogurt to be thick and creamy without the addition of stabilisers or gelatines.
Irish Yogurts Clonakilty produces a wide range of yogurts. Fresh milk, live yogurt cultures and real fruit are the only ingredients used to give excellent flavour and to produce a wide variety of yogurts including the fat-free “Diet” range, Low-Fat varieties as well as more luxurious full fat Custard Style and Thick & Creamy yogurts with added cream.
At this year’s festival, Irish Yogurts Clonakilty will be sampling their 2 new range; a Gourmet and Seeded/Cereal Range. They will also have stock available for purchase.
