Clonakilty Blackpudding, Ireland’s favourite Blackpudding dates back to the 1880’s to Edward Twomey’s butcher shop in Clonakilty, West Cork.

Made from a secret recipe that has been carefully handed down through the generations, it remains the same to this day and is known only to owner Colette Twomey.

To complement the award-winning Blackpudding, the Twomey family created Clonakilty Whitepudding and Clonakilty Sausages in the 1980’s. Later, Clonakilty Rashers were added to complete the Clonakilty breakfast collection.
