At Taste of Dublin Tara will be in our Festive Masterclasses area in association with Regina Wish. She'll talk all about "Getting ahead for Christmas Meals without the Stress". This will include covering items such as balancing your time in the kitchen with time to spend with loved ones, a timetable of what to cook and when, including recipes that can be made ahead of time and chilled or frozen, shortcuts to getting people involved and delegating tasks, knowing when "enough is enough" e.g do you really need two types of potatoes and "knowing when less is more".!
