From Oundle, a small Cambridgeshire town, his style of food likes to let the ingredients speak for themselves and he is very much into local & seasonal produce. Richard’s experience ranges from stages at The Fat Duck, Le Champignon Sauvage, The Ritz, The Bouchon, Dax and Chapter One to name a few!
