Cork man Jack O’Keeffe is a true rising culinary star. Former Head Culinary Instructor at Dublin’s Cooks Academy, Sous Chef at Corks Longueville House and with past accolades such as Unilever Young Chef of the Year and Foodie Forum Young Chef of the Year, as well as being the youngest Euro-Toques young chef of the year finalist at only 19, it’s easy to see why Jack is a regular on the RTE Today show with Daithi and Maura.

Jack loves sharing his love for food and can be often be found on stage at some of Ireland’s best food festivals, including Taste of Dublin, Bloom, Catex and The Big Grill. Throughout his career, he has always followed the ethos of only using the very best of local Irish ingredients and today helps to share his beliefs and passion with the rest of the team at KSG.
