Holly Dalton has been cooking professionally for almost 15 years. Her experience includes head chef roles in Gertrude, 3fe, Cocu and Bobby’s. She also received fine dining training in Dublin and Stockholm. She has appeared on RTÉ’s “Beyond The Menu” as well as speaking about food regularly on the Claire Byrne Show. Her lifelong love and appreciation for Japanese food has lead her to found “Conbini”, a Japanese inspired condiment company.
