Finn is a chef, marine scientist and writer – her bestselling cookbook Finn’s World was released in 2017. An avid surfer, Finn lives on the wild west coast in her adopted home of Bundoran. Finding out she was a coeliac in her college years, Finn has since strived to create gluten-free recipes that are healthy, affordable and so delicious that anyone can enjoy them!
Finn is passionate about reducing our dependency on single-use plastics and is an ambassador for an Teagasc’s Clean Coasts. She cooks for yoga and wellness retreats around the country, is a food judge in Ireland and the UK and spent this year helping her partner launch Burro Burro in Bundoran.
