Her major love is to host & feed people, great quality food in a comfortable and homely atmosphere. She loves nothing more than to make others feel relaxed and well fed. She is a huge advocate for stoping food waste, sustainable cooking, growing your own and loves to give tips and tricks. Erica loves to use her own homegrown produce when available, she forages and cooks seasonally using Irish produce all year.
