Born in Dublin, Anna Haugh developed a love and passion for cooking under the guidance of her mother from a young age.
Haugh started her career in Dublin under Derry Clarke at L’Écrivain, before moving to London to further pursue her career. It was here she truly honed her skill, working in Michelin starred Pied à Terre alongside Shane Osborn before moving on to The Square under Philip Howard, and finally opening London House for Gordon Ramsay.
Despite taking influence from her peers, Anna has always stayed true to what she believes in, and her passion and undeniable ability in the kitchen has led her to work at some of the top restaurants in London. Anna is currently developing new projects and ideas – watch this space.
